سياسة الخصوصية
تشرح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعامل لعبة QuickMind | ذكاء سريع ("اللعبة")، التي تنشرها QuickMind Games ("نحن")، مع المعلومات. باستخدامك اللعبة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
1. ملخص
لا تتطلب اللعبة إنشاء حساب للعب. يُحفظ تقدّمك على جهازك تلقائيًا، وتحتاج الإعلانات إلى اتصال بالإنترنت. لا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك أو موقعك الدقيق إلا إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google — راجع القسم 3. الجهتان الخارجيتان الوحيدتان اللتان تعالجان بيانات عبر اللعبة هما Google AdMob (الإعلانات)، وGoogle Firebase (الحساب والحفظ السحابي) لمن يختار تسجيل الدخول فقط.
2. المعلومات المخزّنة على جهازك
يُحفظ ما يلي محليًا على جهازك ولا يُرسل إلينا إلا إذا سجّلت الدخول (راجع القسم 3):
- تقدّمك في المستويات والنجوم والعناصر التي تملكها
- الإنجازات والإحصائيات داخل اللعبة
- الإعدادات (اللغة، الصوت، الموسيقى) وحالة المكافأة اليومية
- مشترياتك المسجّلة (مثل إزالة الإعلانات)
حذف التطبيق من جهازك يحذف كل هذه البيانات.
3. الحساب وحفظ التقدّم في السحابة (اختياري)
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google اختياري بالكامل، ومخصص فقط لمن يريد الاحتفاظ بتقدّمه عند تغيير الجهاز أو اللعب على أكثر من جهاز. إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول:
- نستلم من Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف حسابك وصورة ملفك الشخصي (إن وُجدت).
- نخزّن نسخة من تقدّمك في اللعبة (العملات، المستويات، الإنجازات، الإعدادات) على خوادم Firebase التابعة لـ Google، مرتبطة بمعرّف حسابك.
- لا نستلم ولا نرى كلمة مرور حسابك في Google أبدًا.
- يمكنك إيقاف المزامنة بالضغط على "تسجيل الخروج" من الإعدادات في أي وقت؛ تقدّمك المحلي على جهازك لا يتأثر.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك وتقدّمك المخزّن بالسحابة نهائيًا من الإعدادات ← "حذف الحساب والبيانات" داخل اللعبة، أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه. راجع أيضًا صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.
إذا لم تسجّل الدخول، فهذا القسم لا ينطبق عليك إطلاقًا.
4. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
تعرض اللعبة إعلانات عبر Google AdMob: شريط إعلاني في القائمة الرئيسية، وإعلانات بينية بين الجولات أحيانًا، وإعلانات مكافأة اختيارية تشاهدها بإرادتك.
لعرض الإعلانات وتخصيصها وقياس أدائها ولمنع الاحتيال، قد تجمع Google وشركاؤها وتستخدم:
- مُعرّف الإعلان الخاص بجهازك
- عنوان IP وموقعًا تقريبيًا مشتقًا منه
- معلومات عن الجهاز والتطبيق (الطراز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق)
- بيانات تفاعلك مع الإعلانات وأدائها وتشخيصها
نحن لا نستلم هذه البيانات ولا نستطيع التعرّف عليك منها، ويخضع تعامل Google معها لـسياسة خصوصية Google ولصفحة كيفية استخدام Google للمعلومات من المواقع والتطبيقات التي تستخدم خدماتها.
5. خيارات الإعلانات الخاصة بك
إذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو بريطانيا أو سويسرا، تعرض اللعبة نموذج موافقة Google قبل طلب الإعلانات، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية والإعلانات. ويمكنك أيضًا إعادة ضبط مُعرّف الإعلان أو إيقاف الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات جهازك (الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات). إعلانات المكافأة اختيارية دائمًا. شراء "إزالة الإعلانات" يوقف الشريط الإعلاني والإعلانات البينية.
6. المشتريات
تقدّم اللعبة مشتريات اختيارية داخل التطبيق (إزالة الإعلانات وحزم العملات) تتم معالجتها بالكامل عبر Google Play؛ لا نستلم ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقة أو دفع. تتحقق اللعبة من مشترياتك مع Google Play على جهازك، وقد تُلغى المشتريات التي تستردّها Google.
7. الأطفال
اللعبة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية منهم. تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google يتطلب أصلًا حساب Google يخضع لشروط Google الخاصة بالعمر الأدنى، ولا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية إضافية غير ما ورد في القسم 3، ولا نجمعها إلا ممّن يختار تسجيل الدخول بنفسه. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قدّم معلومات شخصية عبر اللعبة، تواصل معنا وسنساعد في حل الأمر.
8. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان
إذا لم تسجّل الدخول، فلا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية عنك على أي خادم، ولا يوجد ما نستطيع تسليمه أو حذفه نيابة عنك، وحذف التطبيق يحذف بياناتك المحفوظة على الجهاز. أما إذا سجّلت الدخول، فتبقى بيانات حسابك وحفظك السحابي محفوظة على Firebase حتى تحذف حسابك (القسم 3) أو تطلب منّا حذفها؛ تسجيل الخروج يوقف المزامنة فورًا لكنه لا يحذف النسخة السحابية بحد ذاته.
9. حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك (مثل المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو بريطانيا أو كاليفورنيا)، قد يكون لك حق الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. إذا سجّلت الدخول، يمكنك الوصول إلى بيانات حسابك أو حذفها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← "حذف الحساب والبيانات"، أو بمراسلتنا. أما البيانات التي تعالجها Google للإعلانات فيمكنك التحكم بها من إعدادات الإعلانات في جهازك أو في حساب Google. يمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا لأي سؤال أو طلب.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر اللعبة. سيتم تحديث تاريخ السريان أعلاه، وستكون النسخة الحالية متاحة دائمًا على هذه الصفحة وداخل اللعبة.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game QuickMind ("the game"), published by QuickMind Games ("we", "us"), handles information. By using the game you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
The game does not require an account to play. Your progress is saved on your device automatically, and ads need an internet connection. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location unless you choose to sign in with Google — see Section 3. The only third parties that process data through the game are Google AdMob (ads) and, only for players who sign in, Google Firebase (account and cloud save).
2. Information stored on your device
The following is saved locally on your device and is never sent to us unless you sign in (see Section 3):
- Level progress, stars, coins, and owned items
- Achievements and in-game statistics
- Settings (language, sound, music) and daily reward state
- Your recorded purchases (such as "Remove Ads")
Uninstalling the game deletes all of this data.
3. Account & cloud save (optional)
Signing in with Google is entirely optional and is only for players who want to keep their progress when switching or adding devices. If you choose to sign in:
- We receive your name, email address, account ID, and profile photo (if any) from Google.
- We store a copy of your game progress (coins, levels, achievements, settings) on Google's Firebase servers, linked to your account ID.
- We never receive or see your Google account password.
- You can stop syncing at any time by tapping "Sign out" in Settings; your local, on-device progress is unaffected.
- You can permanently delete your account and cloud-stored progress from Settings → "Delete Account & Data" inside the game, or by contacting us at the email below. See also our Account & Data Deletion page.
If you never sign in, none of this section applies to you.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game displays ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on the main menu, occasional full-screen ads between rounds, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch.
To serve, personalise, and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google and its partners may collect and use:
- Your device's advertising ID
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information (model, operating system, app version)
- Ad interaction and performance data, and diagnostics
We do not receive this data and cannot identify you from it. Google's handling of it is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
5. Your ad choices
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before requesting ads, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Rewarded ads are always optional. Buying "Remove Ads" turns off banner and interstitial ads.
6. Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store your card or payment details. The game checks your purchases with Google Play on your device, and purchases that Google refunds may be revoked.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Signing in with Google requires a Google Account of your own, which is already subject to Google's own minimum-age terms; we collect no personal data beyond what is described in Section 3, and only from players who actively choose to sign in. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help resolve it.
8. Data retention and security
If you never sign in, we hold no personal data about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain, export, or delete on your behalf, and data saved on your device is removed when you uninstall the game. If you do sign in, your account and cloud-save data is retained on Firebase until you delete your account (Section 3) or ask us to delete it; signing out stops syncing immediately but does not by itself delete the cloud copy.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. If you signed in, you can access or delete your account data at any time from Settings → "Delete Account & Data", or by contacting us. Data processed by Google for ads can be managed through your device's ad settings or your Google Account. You may also contact us with any question or request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The effective date above will be updated, and the current version will always be available at this page and inside the game.
